⚜️ 1. How do I book a reading?

Please kindly fill in your name and DOB (day/month/year) in the order notes. Do not send in any questions for blind readings, unless it is a question listing or it won’t be answered. If you do order a question listing, do not send in more questions than permitted.

⚜️ 2. How will I receive my reading?

All Psychic Readings are digital files and downloadable PDF’s sent via email.

⚜️ 3. How do I attach a picture?

if your reading requires a picture, it can either be attached to the order notes or emailed to info@supernaturalsecrets.co.uk 

⚜️ 4. When will I receive my order?

It depends on when the order is placed, if placed within store opening hours - the delivery estimate within the listing applies. Same hour applies to orders placed within opening hours. Overnight and International orders placed after hours will be sent out as soon as the store opens, with a 24H delivery window.

⚜️ 5. What are the store opening hours?

10:00 AM BST - 8:00 PM BST / 05:00 AM EST - 03:00 PM EST
